Suppose your password consists of three characters and all characters are English. English alphabets ie A, B, C, D etc. Now a hacker knows that English has 26 letters in total. Now if he creates a program that generates random letters. Which randomly tries one letter as your password and after checking all the letters, then tries to find your password from two pairs of letters. This makes it a set of three on failure. Now how many combinations will be formed in the 26 letters of the set of three?
The answer is 2600 combinations. If your password consists of 4 letters instead of three, its combinations will be 14950. And if it consists of ten English letters, more than 53 lakhs. So the hacker's computer program will try every combination and eventually find your password. For a modern and high-speed computer, it may take a few hours to try the combination more than 53 million times (nowadays, accounts are locked after repeated password attempts and are asked whether it is a human or a robot). Well, the faster the computer, the faster the password will be cracked. Now if you had a slow computer that could try just one combination per second, it would take you about 5.3 million seconds to crack a six-character English password. It takes a little over 61 days to form. And if you have a slow computer, it will take years. But one day the password will be found.
The universe has been around for 13.8 billion years. Earth is 4.5 billion years old. And it took a little less than a billion years for life to appear on Earth. Just one basic cell in a billion years from the elements that existed on Earth. Many times life must have been going on and on. It may have been built many times but it could not move forward, but once it must have happened that life moved forward. Why ? Because a billion years is a long time. Can your mind imagine a billion years? It will take you a lifetime to count from zero to one billion, approximately 60 years without eating or sleeping. It took 3.8 billion years for the life that appeared on earth 3.8 billion years ago to become human. How long is it? It is so much time that the human mind cannot even comprehend it.
The human brain does not actually think exponentially or exponentially. That is, if I ask you how many times to fold a paper so that its thickness is enough to reach from the earth to the moon, you might not be able to tell, the answer is only 42 times. And if you fold an ordinary paper 81 times, it will be as much distance as light travels in one year i.e. one light year.
So many people find it difficult to explain how anything came into being by itself. In fact, there are some basic principles of the universe in which various combinations are formed in the universe. So somewhere you will see stars, somewhere you will see planets, somewhere black holes and somewhere neutron stars. Some people, some animals, some bacteria. Think of it all like a game of chess in which every move leads to a new move. The formation of simple things into complex things is not a matter of infinite time. Update old arguments.
Will there be aliens under this formula? Maybe now, maybe in the past, or maybe in the future. Can there be life on the stars? Not life on Earth, but an arrangement of atoms or neutrinos that fulfills the basic definition of life: survival and reproduction?
